Sandyford & Dublin 18 Contract Solicitor

Sandyford's office blocks hold thousands of contracts a year in the making — MSAs, SLAs, subcontracts, employment terms. We review them for the district's suppliers, contractors and SMEs.

Selling to the big campuses

The Sandyford and Leopardstown business district concentrates multinationals in tech, pharma and financial services — and around them, the real Dublin 18 economy this practice serves: the Irish companies supplying, servicing and staffing those campuses. Their contracts arrive as the big company's paper — master services agreements, SLAs, procurement terms, vendor onboarding packs — long, "standard" and drafted abroad, with indemnities and liability asymmetries priced for suppliers ten times the size. Signing is usually right; signing unread is not. A fixed-fee review tells a Sandyford supplier which three clauses to negotiate and which to price instead.

The same district generates the growth-company work — shareholders' agreements ahead of investment, employment contracts for scaling teams, contractor agreements under the post-Karshan rules. The Luas green line runs from Sandyford to the city centre; the review usually travels by email.

Getting to us

Our Dublin office is in the Ormond Building, 31–36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7 (D07 EE37) — on the north quays minutes from the Four Courts, a short walk from the Luas red line at Smithfield and Four Courts, and reachable from the M50 via the N2/N3 corridors. Most contract reviews are handled entirely by phone and email if that suits better: call 01 5827148 or email richardoshea@marymolloysolicitors.com. Out of hours appointments are available.

How our fees work

You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts — no hourly-rate surprises and no meter running while you think. If the scope changes, the quote is revised in writing before we continue. In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement. How contract solicitor fees work in Ireland →

Talk to a solicitor who reads contracts for a living. Call Mary Molloy Solicitors today.

Whether you are drafting terms for your business, handed a contract to sign, or unsure what a clause commits you to, an early conversation costs little and prevents a lot.
