Dublin 7 has changed around us: Smithfield's apartment schemes and venues, Stoneybatter's small businesses and studios, the legal quarter's daily churn around the Four Courts, and the wholesale and food businesses that never left the markets area. Our Dublin office is in the Ormond Building, 31–36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7 (D07 EE37) — on the north quays minutes from the Four Courts, a short walk from the Luas red line at Smithfield and Four Courts, and reachable from the M50 via the N2/N3 corridors. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts — no hourly-rate surprises and no meter running while you think. If the scope changes, the quote is revised in writing before we continue.
